Have you complained to the FDA about the Similac recall or another infant formula recall? We want to hear from you.

The FDA's broken food regulation system is failing to act on critical food safety and nutrition issues — including deadly produce outbreaks and heavy metals in baby food, a POLITICO investigation has revealed.

The new findings follow POLITICO reports that the FDA took months to investigate and recall contaminated infant formula — even after it learned about the first infant seriously sickened by Cronobacter sakazakii, a rare bacteria, in September.

We’re continuing to investigate how the FDA handles complaints about infant formula.

Have you filed a complaint with the FDA about infant formulas made by Abbott Nutrition and sold as Similac, Alimentum and EleCare? Or have you worked for the FDA or a manufacturer regulated by the FDA and have information about the complaint process that we should know about?

We want to hear from you. Please fill out our brief survey below.
